Looking to Grand Forks’ history to imagine its future.
The City of Grand Forks has launched a ten-month effort to reimagine the former water treatment plant (WTP) site adjacent to downtown.
Over the course of the project, the team will talk with local stakeholders and the public, conduct research on market and development dynamics, and create a district strategy and site concepts that will guide the future redevelopment of the site.
